Common Questions

How is this different from a coach or peer group?

Coaches teach and peer groups share opinions. We measure your own job data, put a dollar value on each leak, and fix it with your team. The Inspection is backed by a 10× identified-opportunity guarantee (conditions apply).

Do we need ServiceTitan or special software?

No. We work from whatever you have: ServiceTitan, BuildOps, Procore, QuickBooks, Sage, Foundation or spreadsheets. If the data is thin, your office pulls a sample of job files on our checklist and we work from those.

How much of my time does it take?

About 2 hours of the owner's time, short interviews with 4–6 of your people, and the Day-30 readout. Your office sends read-only exports on our checklist (or a sample of job files) within 7 days, and the 30 days start when the data arrives.

What does it cost?

The Inspection is $7,500, paid upfront and credited toward the Retrofit if you sign within 30 days of the readout. Anything after it is scoped and priced at the Day-30 readout, based on what the Inspection finds.

How does the guarantee work?

If we don't identify at least 10× your fee in profit and cash opportunities, we keep working at no extra charge, for up to 30 more days, until we do. Conditions apply. See the FAQ.
